Flight #28/#29 Registration Forms

The SonRise Chrysalis board has decided to institute an early registration deadline, to avoid having to cancel a weekend right before it happens. We will need to have a minimum of 10 caterpillars in hand by 15 days before the weekend to assure that the weekend will happen. The cut-off date for Flight #28 will be Thurs. Mar. 1. The cut-off date for Flight #29 will be Thurs. Mar. 8. The weekend will be canceled or postponed if we do not meet the minimum number. Please prayerfully consider who you might sponsor this spring. We will continue accepting applications until Thurs. Mar. 8 for #28 and Thurs. Mar. 15 for #29 provided we meet the minimum.

Registration deadline is Thurs. Mar. 8 for #28 and Thurs. Mar. 15 for #29. Forms MUST be IN HAND no later than this date.
If it is not RECEIVED by Mar. 8/15, your application will NOT be processed and will be returned.

The SonRise Chrysalis Board has decided to increase the registration fee for the weekend to $50. The actual cost of the weekend is about $150 per person, and we are asking that each sponsor pay at least $50 of that. Please consider when sponsoring multiple people finding a co-sponsor(s) to help out with the finances and support. Thank you.
