Any person who has attended a recognized 4th day weekend (Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis, Cursillo, Via de Cristo, etc.) may sign up to receive SonRise Chrysalis newsletters. Anyone who initially went through a SonRise Chrysalis weekend or Illinois Heartland Emmaus weekend and provided a valid email address will not need to sign up.
